Woke up at 7 plus this morning. Shower, read newspaper and head down to FF.
Went down for Body Pump today, got my gloves on and end result this is the 2nd session of torture that i got frm Leonard. Leonard is the instructor of Body Pump for todays class.
So far, of all the classes that i went, i find his is the most toughest. Maybe, my fitness is not there yet.

Got to be in office early. Need to do some spreadsheet reports. sigh. I hate it. I hate werkz totally now man
